The Eureka Fire Department is made up of a group of volunteered men & women, who have dedicated their time to serving the community responding to structure fires, EMS assistance, vehicle collisions, water rescues, & natural disasters. Eureka Fire Department meets every 2nd & 4th Monday of the month for in the classroom training & out in the field training. They're consistently expanding their knowledge beyond in house training, by bringing other department chiefs in for hands-on fire training & traveling out to conferences to listen to long-time professionals.
