Judge Phyllis K. Webster --- Court Clerk Cindy Wolfsbauer
City Court handles matters relating to traffic violations, code violations, and animal tickets. The court is held twice a month on the first and third Monday in the Greenwood County Courthouse located at 311 N. Main Street. Legal counsel is available starting at 4 pm and Court proceedings follow. The courtroom is located on the second floor of the Greenwood County Courthouse.

Payments may be collected by the Court Clerk the day of your appearance, placed in the dropbox outside of City/Memorial Hall, or mailed to Eureka Municipal Court, PO Box 531, Eureka, KS 67045.
